Custom towel orders start from 100 pcs per design. The exact MOQ depends on the towel type, material and customization requirements. Contact us with your project details to confirm.

Yes. You can customize the material, dimensions and GSM to suit your project. Options include cotton and microfiber, with specifications confirmed before sampling and production.

Yes. We can customize towels with your logo or artwork using the printing or branding method suitable for the selected material. Share your artwork so we can review the design and production requirements.

Stock samples are free; the buyer pays freight. Custom samples are charged according to product size, printing method and material. Custom sample charges can be credited against a bulk order only when its value exceeds US$5,000. Digitally printed microfiber and magnetic towel samples take 7–10 days; cotton reactive print, jacquard, Turkish yarn-dyed towel and poncho samples take 15–20 days. Lead times are counted from order placement and receipt of the deposit. Shipping time is additional.

Bulk production: digitally printed microfiber 20–35 days; cotton reactive print 40–45 days; jacquard 45–50 days; Turkish yarn-dyed towels 40–45 days; ponchos 30–35 days; magnetic towels 25–35 days. Timing depends on quantity. Lead times are counted from order placement and receipt of the deposit. Shipping time is additional. We will confirm the production schedule after the sample and order details are approved. Shipping time is additional.
