What happens before bulk production?
We review the requirements, prepare a quotation and arrange a sample for approval when needed. Once the fabric, size, print, labels and packing details are agreed, we confirm the production schedule for your order before manufacturing begins.

01What is the minimum order quantity for custom towels?
Custom orders can start from 100 pieces per design. The exact minimum depends on the towel material, printing method and finishing. Share your specifications so we can confirm the MOQ for your project.
02Which materials and weights can I choose?
Options on this page include microfiber suede, microfiber waffle, microfiber terry, velour microterry, microfiber velour and 100% cotton. Available weight ranges vary by fabric; we will confirm the composition and gsm in your quotation.
03Pouvez-vous imprimer mon logo ou une illustration personnalisée ?
Yes. Depending on the fabric and design, options include sublimation printing, reactive printing, embroidery and jacquard weaving. Send your artwork and intended use so we can recommend a suitable method.
04Can I customize the size, colors, labels and packaging?
Yes. We can review your preferred dimensions, colors, branding, labels and packing style. Packaging options include polybags, PVC bags, mesh pouches, paper bands, gift boxes and retail packs.

06How long does bulk production take?
Digitally printed microfiber and magnetic towel samples take 7–10 days; cotton reactive print, jacquard, Turkish yarn-dyed towel and poncho samples take 15–20 days. Bulk production: digitally printed microfiber 20–35 days; cotton reactive print 40–45 days; jacquard 45–50 days; Turkish yarn-dyed towels 40–45 days; ponchos 30–35 days; magnetic towels 25–35 days. Timing depends on quantity. Lead times are counted from order placement and receipt of the deposit. Shipping time is additional.
07Can you make private label towels for my brand?
Yes. Your towel can be produced with your chosen design, logo, labels and packaging. Send your brand artwork and requirements so we can review the production details together.
08What certification and audit documents are available?
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification is available for all materials. GRS certification is available for microfiber materials. Ask us for documentation applicable to your material and order. Ask us to confirm current validity and the product scope relevant to your order.
09Can you support large wholesale orders?
We can discuss bulk orders alongside smaller custom runs. Share your target quantity and delivery date so we can confirm capacity, production timing and a suitable packing plan.
10Do you ship custom towels internationally?
Yes. Worldwide delivery options can be discussed for your order. Tell us the destination and preferred shipping terms so we can confirm the available arrangements and quote accordingly.
