This notice explains how FAVOR (Favor Houseware Co., Ltd.), the business operating chinatowelmanufacturer.com in China, handles personal information when you browse this website or contact us about custom towels, samples and wholesale orders.
1. Who to contact
For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, email info@chinatowelmanufacturer.com. Our published business contact address is No. 472 Xicheng Road, Beiyuan Street, Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. You can also use our contact page. Please identify the inquiry or email address concerned without sending unnecessary identity documents.
2. Information collected through inquiries
Our website inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Your message may include your company, product requirements, quantities, delivery location or other information you choose to provide. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details, messages and any files you send through that channel. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your business inquiry.
We use inquiry information to answer your questions, prepare quotations or samples, discuss specifications, follow up on your request and handle related business communications or orders. Required form fields are needed to send and respond to an inquiry; optional analytics consent is not required to contact us.
3. How form messages are handled
The website uses Contact Form 7 to process inquiries and our configured email service to deliver them to our inquiry mailbox. The Flamingo plugin also stores submitted inquiry records in the website’s WordPress database, including contact information, message content and submission metadata such as the time, source page, IP address and browser information. This means a message is not handled by email alone. Hosting, email delivery and backups are part of this processing.
Website hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, investigate errors and address abuse or spam.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, referral sources, product-page performance and successful inquiries. Our GA4 integration loads only after you accept optional analytics in the Cookie Settings. It measures page visits and selected interactions, including successful form submissions, email-link clicks and WhatsApp-link clicks. A successful inquiry event records that a form was submitted; our GA4 integration does not send your form name field, email address, message or uploaded files to Google Analytics.
Analytics may process browser and device information, page and referral information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Google may process information outside your country. Read how Google uses information from partner sites for details.
- Consent preferences: Complianz uses
cmplz_*cookies to remember your cookie choices; the current preference period is 180 days. - Google Analytics: optional cookies such as
_gaו_ga_KJNK83LEWRdistinguish visits after analytics consent. You can withdraw that consent using Cookie Settings. - Website and session functions: WordPress and WooCommerce can use cookies for login, session and quotation/cart functions where those features are used.
- Existing source attribution: WooCommerce’s separate source-attribution feature uses
sbjs_*cookies to record visit and referral information. This is distinct from GA4; the current GA4 consent gate does not control this separate feature.
You can accept, reject or change optional analytics using Cookie Settings. You can also view and delete cookies in your browser; disabling necessary storage may affect some website functions. Rejecting analytics does not prevent inquiry submission. We do not currently use this GA4 integration for Google Ads or advertising personalization.
5. Service providers and external contact channels
Information is processed through the services needed to run the website and respond to you, including Hostinger hosting, our email service, WordPress inquiry storage and backups, and Google Analytics when you consent. People handling your inquiry may need access to the information relevant to that request. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Choosing an email or WhatsApp link opens a separate service. Messages sent there are also subject to that provider’s privacy terms, including the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. Sending a message through an external service is separate from accepting website analytics.
6. Processing grounds and international handling
Where EU or UK data-protection rules apply, processing an inquiry may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform a contract. Handling business contact requests, maintaining security and preventing abuse may rely on legitimate interests; relevant record-keeping may be required by law. Optional GA4 analytics relies on your consent, which you may withdraw without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Our business handles inquiries in China. Hosting, email and analytics providers may also process information in other countries, including the United States, where data-protection rules may differ from those in your country. Contact us for details of the processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your information. This notice does not mean that every destination has been recognized as providing an equivalent level of protection.
7. Retention and security
The appropriate retention period depends on the purpose of the record: responding to an open inquiry, providing requested follow-up, managing an ongoing business relationship or order, and meeting applicable accounting, legal or dispute-related requirements. Website inquiry records, mailbox copies, service-provider records and backups can have different retention periods. There is no single automatic deletion date stated for all of these systems; contact us to ask about the records relevant to you or request deletion. Copies in backups may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or expires.
The website uses HTTPS. Information held in website systems and mailboxes is subject to access controls, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access or correct your personal information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. These rights may be subject to exceptions, including required legal records. To make a request, email info@chinatowelmanufacturer.com; we may need proportionate information to verify the request. You may also complain to your applicable data-protection authority, including your local EU authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Updates
We may update this notice when website functions or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
