Can I request a sample?
Stock samples are free; the buyer pays freight. Custom samples are charged according to product size, printing method and material. Custom sample charges can be credited against a bulk order only when its value exceeds US$5,000. 15–20 days for Turkish yarn-dyed and jacquard samples. Lead times are counted from order placement and receipt of the deposit. Shipping time is additional.
What packaging can you supply?
We can discuss polybags, paper bands, pouches or gift boxes to suit retail and promotional orders.
How long does production take?
15–20 days for Turkish yarn-dyed and jacquard samples. Turkish yarn-dyed towels: 40–45 days; jacquard towels: 45–50 days. Timing depends on quantity. Lead times are counted from order placement and receipt of the deposit. Shipping time is additional.
